Indoor Practices -
Coaches are to go to the front door at 6:30 & open the side gym door for the kids.
Please wear clean running shoes - no cleats
U11-6:30 - 7:30 pm
U13-7:30 - 8:30 pm
Important Note -No roaming the hallways. The washrooms in the change rooms are to be used.
