Sebringville Stings Local 5-Pitch
Submitted By Andrew Medhurst on Saturday, June 27, 2015
Sebringville came to town on Friday night and jumped out to early lead and handed the locals their second straight loss on their current homestand.  Even after an early pitching change, the locals were not able to overcome the early deficit.  Sebringville stung Mitchell winning 20-12.

Annika Terpstra, Camryn Medhurst and Maren Marshall all contributed with key hits that helped plate some important runs.  Reegan "Hoover" Vessie and Zoey Michel made several defensive plays that kept several hard hit balls from reaching the outfield.  The Girls and Reegan all played well and there skills continue to develop.  They had the sold out home crowd on their feet several times with outstanding fastball play.  Dirt Devil player of the game goes to Hoover Vessie, whom I believe was garden hosed down before he was allowed to go to bed.  Next action, Tavistock comes to town Tuesday June 30.  Get there early if you want a seat on the home side bleachers.
