Mitchell Fastballfest is a major annual event taking place at the end of May or beginning of June. Many teams and spectators gather at the Keterson park.
As the winter sports wind down, we all start looking anxiously towards summer. Soon the warm days at the ball park or on the soccer fields will start. The practices and tournaments; seeing old friends, and making new ones - and this excitement is not just for the kids! Cheering on the athletes you will see supportive friends, families, and community members.
This coming Fastball season is approaching, but not fast enough. Most looked forward to this season is June 2, 3, 4 & 5, 2011. If you haven't already heard, that's the weekend for Fastballfest. One of the most looked forward to events of the season - Fastballfest - is the major fundraiser for Mitchell Minor Fastball. It will be taking place on the Keterson Park, Fullarton, Sebringville, and Stratford ball diamonds. Sure to be a weekend to remember, there are age divisions from Mite to Midge in both boys and girls.
